Scholarships
Dwight School London is a non-selective school and we welcome students from diverse backgrounds with a wide range of abilities. Scholarships are awarded during the admissions process to recognise talented students who show strong potential to be successful International Baccalaureate students at Dwight School London and who will make a positive contribution to the life of the school.

The Alison Cobbin Opening Doors Scholarship
Scholarship details: Candidates applying for the Alison Cobbin Opening Doors scholarship must demonstrate a potential for academic success as an IB student and contribution to the life of the school. External applicants are welcome to apply. We will ask you to provide school reports and a teacher reference. All candidates must complete a presentation and an interview.
Eligibility: Open to all new students who will enter the PYP Year 3 - Year 6.
Award: Up to 100% remission of school fees for duration of the programme expiring at the end of Year 6.
Application details: Applicants will complete the admissions process which includes parent and student statements as well as school reports. There will also be an external financial assessment.
Spark of Genius
Scholarship details: Candidates applying for the Spark of Genius scholarship must demonstrate academic excellence and international mindedness through their presentation/interview. We also ask students to highlight which attributes of the IB Learner Profile they resonate with throughout the process and the skills that they have developed. We will ask you to provide school reports and a teacher reference. Candidates must complete a presentation and an interview.
Eligibility: Open to new and current students who will enter the PYP, MYP or DP from Year 3 - Year 13.
Award: Up to two scholarships of up to 20% remission of school fees for duration of the programme expiring at the end of either Year 6 for PYP, Year 11 for MYP or Year 13 for DP.

STEAM
Scholarship details: Candidates applying for the Science, Technology, Design, Engineering, Mathematics and Arts (STEAM) scholarship must demonstrate creative thinking and expertise in one of the STEAM subjects. We will ask for school reports and a teacher reference. Candidates must also complete a group task/taster day, a presentation and an interview/audition.
Eligibility: Open to all students who will enter the PYP, MYP or DP from Year 3 - Year 13.
Award: Two scholarships of up to 20% remission of school fees for duration of the programme expiring at the end of either Year 6 for PYP, Year 11 for MYP or Year 13 for DP.

Academic
Scholarship details: Candidates applying for an academic scholarship must demonstrate creative thinking and expertise in English or a humanity based subject (history, geography, politics etc). We will ask for school reports and a teacher reference. Candidates must also complete an essay.
