5 sessions - are on November 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th, and 6th December

Further 5 sessions are on January 10th, 17th, 24th, 31st and 7th February

Wednesday, 1st November will be used as an assessment meeting where we will assess the needs and split into groups accordingly. Group A will be in November and December and Group B will be in January and February.

Costs: £20 pounds for the 5 sessions - covering refreshments
