I cannot believe Term 1 is already over, the time has flown by. When I look back and reflect on the term I can see why, it really has been an action-packed one. Please do take the time to look through this term's magazine, it is a delight to see how much the students have been involved in and what they have achieved. 


As an international school, the end of a term often means some sad farewells as some students and staff move on to new adventures. We wish them well and look forward to hearing about how they have settled into their new countries and schools very soon... Read more...

Year 3 Class Assembly

 On Thursday, Year 3 had their class assembly where they were talking about all things Dwight! We had the wonder of some difficult maths, beautiful singing and even some extraordinary magic tricks where we got spooked! An incredible part was a discussion...  Read more...


Spark of Genius

Well done to Amane, M1, for her outstanding wins in two London Gymnastic Competitions. On Sunday, 2nd December Amane won first place at the London Cup and on Sunday, 9th December she won fourth place at the London Championships. Amazing achievement!


Taking Action in Lower School

Iman put her action into practice today when she set up her t-shirt and cupcake stall this morning! She was inspired to raise money for Children in Need after finding out about all of the good work the charity does. Well done to her and all of her helpers in Year 5, we are very proud of you. The money really will make a difference to children's lives.


Skyping Nepal

On Wednesday, 5th December, ten students ranging from M2 to D1 had the incredible opportunity to participate in a Skype call with a group of students from Nepal. Service Learning Update

We end the term on a very positive and successful note. Service as Action has been officially introduced to MYP students. They now have access to an online bank of resources, including a form to fill out to propose a service as action project, and guidance on how to organise and reflect upon an authentic Service as Action project... M3 Movie Merchandise

Our M3 Design students this term have been creating merchandise in line with their Movie Promotion Unit. It was lovely to see each and every student get engaged with this unit and show their creativity.


It has been an absolutely amazing term for the Design department and we cannot wait to see what will be created by the end of next term! Well done to all of our inquiring and risk-taking students!


Winter Concert 2018

Last night we held our annual Winter Concert! We had the delight of welcoming some Lower School students as well this year! Thank you to all our performers for entertaining us and to all the staff who helped out.

Lower School Reminders

Lower School Trips
When we return in the New Year, we have several activities scheduled:

Year 3 are going to take part in some photography hosted by TATE London for an exhibition. Year 6 are going to visit the Houses of Parliament as part of their Unit on Governance.


Lunch with your Child 

We will be holding our Lunch with your Child sessions from Monday, 14th January. 


After School Clubs

Our After School Clubs will start from Monday, 14th January. We hope everybody is excited to start their new clubs as we are!


Save the Date: MYP Evening

For our Year 6 parents, save the date for our MYP Evening on Thursday, 24th January. There will be boards and Upper School Staff to inform you about:

  • Retreat trips.
  • Community and Personal Project.

The meeting will be held on Wednesday, 9th January at 6.30pm in Jubilee Hall. 


Film Skool
