Friday, 27th March, 2019 Welcome from the Head of School This week I have enjoyed receiving emails from our Y3 students about their learning and their reflections on the IB Learner Profile. I have read about spelling success, story writing, art projects, video productions and daily video meet-ups. I have been very impressed with their creativity and their willingness to find the silver linings.
Please take some time to read the bulletin this week to find out more about the creative ways your children have been learning, and for the activities that are planned for next week. CLICK TO READ FEATURED NEWS NEXT WEEK AT DWIGHT LOWER SCHOOL Events Wash those hands! 20 second videos

Service Learning Opportunities for the Upper School StudentWorks is bringing together the UK's students to freely help those who are most vulnerable in our communities and to help provide those critical services with the sufficient resources they need to run effectively. Whether picking up shopping, collecting prescriptions, walking the dog or whatever else might need to be done, through to helping out at farms, essential stores and delivery depots in urgent need of extra hands. All you need to do is go to www.studentworks.co.uk and create a free student profile to get involved. We will then start directing those in need to your students advising them where they are able to help. WHOLE SCHOOL Student and Parent Surveys Student and parent surveys will be sent out early next week that will help us reflect on our first week of full remote learning. This data will help us continue to evolve, refine and adapt our remote learning protocols.
