Dear Parents and Guardians,

It is that time again when we arrange our clubs for the school term. The process of signing up for clubs will continue with an online application form. Please be reminded that club spaces will be filled on a first come first served basis. The window to register your child for a club opens at 1:30pm today and closes on Tuesday, 22nd March. Click here to fill in your child’s club requests for the upcoming term.

Clubs run either at lunch time for half an hour or after school from 3:50pm to 4:45pm (unless otherwise stated). Clubs will run for 8 weeks commencing the week of Monday, 25th April until Friday, 24th June. The half term break is from Monday, 30th May until Friday, 3rd June so please be advised that there will be no clubs during this week at all. Also, please be advised that there will be no clubs on Monday 2nd of May due to the Bank Holiday.

Children are encouraged to show commitment when they join a club and when in school they are expected to attend. If they will need to miss their club for any reason, it is their responsibility to let the club teacher know. The final list for clubs will be completed in the week beginning April 18th.

Dwight’s Digital Leaders meet with Ms. Tye on Tuesday at lunch time in classroom 5GT. Unfortunately this club is already full, but if you are interested in joining in the future please see Ms. Tye directly to put your name on a waiting list. The Playground Games Club also occurs Tuesday at lunch time. No registration is required for this club so students can just show up and play fun games led by Mrs. Tsioupra and Mrs. Rogers. On Wednesday mornings/lunch with Mr. Mastoridis will be running a talent show coaching club in the music room. No registration is required for this club, just show up and receive advice on your audition. The Student Council and ECO Rangers both meet Friday this year at lunch time. Students are elected onto both of these councils. All other clubs take place after school.

Homework club will remain in the library every day until 4:45pm and does not need to be signed up for. Please let the club teacher know that you have picked up your child and remember to notify the main office if someone else will be collecting your child. Clubs are usually open to all year groups unless otherwise stated.
