Welcoming our New Staff

We would like to welcome all of our new staff to the Dwight School London Community. Stefania Sidoli, Shameem Akhtar who join in the Upper School and Krupa Dattani and Srinanda Gupta in the Lower School and Miriam Hill who works across both the whole school. Here is an introduction to each of them:

Stefania Sidoli

Stefania Sidoli joins us as the Head of Physical Health and Education. She has been teaching Physical Education for numerous years across the London boroughs and Essex. She has recently completed a MA in Education looking at the effects of social media on teaching and learning. She is excited to be a part of Dwight School London and continue to build upon the ethos of PHE and specialises in racket sports, in particular, Tennis where she previously played at county level.


Shameem Akhtar

Shameem Akhtar is an experienced humanities teacher who specialises in Geography and is joining Dwight as a Diploma Geography teacher and University and Colleges guidance assistant. She has many hobbies including a love of art, cooking and loves to keep fit!



Miriam Hill

Miriam joins as the Director of Finance and Resources and works across both the Upper and Lower Schools. She previously worked at Majestic Wine in the Finance department. She has a BSc in Mathematical Sciences and is ACA qualified after attending the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.


Krupa Dattani

Krupa Dattani joins us in Year 3. She grew up in Kenya and obtained a BA in Industrial Economics and an MA in Educational Leadership. Her hobbies include Indian dancing, playing chess, and learning new languages. She loves pain au chocolat and Twinings tea, so we can see a wonderful fit into the Lower School already!


Srinanda Gupta

Srinanda Gupta is co-teaching in Year 5 and will be spending time in Year 3. She is originally from the City of Joy, Kolkata, India and has worked as a teacher and a leader for over 14 years in different international schools across India, Malaysia and Singapore, and has recently relocated to London with her family.
