We want students and staff to look forward to mealtimes so we cater to a variety of different tastes and preferences. Our menus offer a mix of family favourites and global-inspired dishes, ensuring balanced, nutritious, and filling meals. As students' tastes evolve, we encourage exploration with tasting tables and chef demonstrations.
Our chefs and catering staff immerse themselves in our school community, equipping students with essential nutritional knowledge to make healthy lifestyle choices. In addition to being comprehensively trained to deliver high-quality food our catering team also integrates into the school community through student council meetings, cooking classes, and other initiatives.
We support British producers and farmers, sourcing the freshest seasonal and local produce. Our commitment to sustainability includes using Red Tractor meat, free-range eggs, and MSC-approved fish, and implementing efficient delivery schedules to reduce our carbon footprint. Our re-food programmes and supply chain optimisations further minimise our environmental impact.
Dwight works in collaboration with Chapter One (formally Impact Food Group) to offer a personalised dining experience for our students. Leveraging their extensive expertise in the catering industry, Chapter One recognise the significance of creating memorable meals and our partnership allows us to tailor our services to meet the unique needs and preferences of all within our community. We often gather feedback from the community and continuously refine the dining experience for all members.
