Dwight School offers a diverse and exciting range of activities. These extra curricular delights allow students to be agents in their own pursuits and pick something that appeals to their unique Sparks of Genius.
Please read below carefully the details of our After School Club processes.
Our After School Clubs will take place from 3:50pm - 4:40pm during the weeks of Monday 15th January - Friday 15th March excluding half-term break. There are no clubs on Development Tuesday.
We are proud to be offering a choice of 16 clubs for our students this Term. Please take this opportunity to go through the list of clubs with your child before signing them up to the club of their choosing based on the year groups specific to each club. Please note that Clubs hosted by external companies incur a charge.
We advocate that our children partake in a maximum of up to 3 clubs a week. Please note you must only register your child for one club each day. Should a child be registered for more than one club on any given day, they will only be accepted to the first club that they were registered for. Clubs have limited places and sign up is on a first come first served basis.
As with all aspects of school life, we encourage our students to demonstrate balance in their selection of clubs throughout the week and importantly commitment to the clubs they wish to sign up for.
We will still run our DASH (Dwight After School Hours) Service for families who are unable to collect their child at dismissal time. DASH will be in our Innovation Room for Reception to Year 6 students until 4:45pm.
It is important that you check if you have received a confirmation email for each club that you register your child for. Please notify the school at email@example.com if you do not receive a confirmation email.
Please note the closing date to register for Clubs is Friday 5th January at 9pm, after which the booking system will close.
