Please read below carefully for changes to our After School Club processes.
Our After School Clubs will take place from 3:50pm - 4:40pm during the weeks of Monday 25th September - Friday 24th November excluding half-term break. There are no clubs on Development Tuesday or on the day of our Parent-Teacher Conference.
Please take the opportunity to go through the list of clubs with your child before signing them up to the club of their choosing. Links to the forms are below. You must only register your child for one club each day. Should a child be registered for more than one club on any given day, they will only be accepted to the first club that they were registered for. The sign up forms are now accessible. As with all aspects of school life, we encourage our students to demonstrate balance in their selection of clubs throughout the week and importantly commitment to the clubs they wish to sign up for.
We will still run our DASH (Dwight After School Hours) Service for families who are unable to collect their child at dismissal time. DASH will be in our Innovation Room for Reception to Year 6 students until 4:45pm.
It is important that you check if you have received a confirmation email for each club that you register your child for. Please notify the school at jsoffice@dwightlondon.org if you do not receive a confirmation email.
Please note the closing date to register for Clubs is Wednesday 20th September at 9pm, after which the booking system will close.
